Open Studio

This wonderful studio has great art for sale and a very helpful staff. The printing facilities are top notch, providing every kind of print press needed to do etching, lithograph and silk screening. They have really educational classes and have taken the time to construct scholarship and residency programs for artists both new and old. As a post grad art student, it is lovely to do art in a professional setting with others who share the same passions I do.

Knowing about the members' art print shows and sales at the Open studio has been a boon to me. The variety and quality of the works offered in these seasonal sales are wonderful. And the location offers visitors a chance to view other galleries during an Open Studio Event. I've enjoyed works by Vicki C. especially.

The Open Studio was a welcoming and professional space to work and learn in. I learned a lot about serigraphy when I studied there.
My contact with them gave me access to their printmaker members' shows and sales. My only regret about their location is the limited parking available on Richmond or Spadina close to their building.
