We just worked with Olympic to have new kitchen cabinets built and installed for our kitchen renovation. The cabinets themselves are gorgeous and we are very pleased with the end result. We were however extremely disappointed with the customer service that we received overall, which would take a great deal of space to mention here but suffice to say that we came away from the experience very very disappointed with how we were treated.

- Remember that every client counts from the beginning to the end of job. Also ensure that you not just talk the talk to gain the account, but ultimately walk the walk - in other words, follow through on anything you agree to.

We work hard at Olympic Kitchens to provide the best service to each of our clients. We do so because we value each of our cleints and their referrals. We understand a client has to be satisfied not only with the final product but also with the process. We do acknowledge that in this case some communication errors were made when it comes to servicing our cleints' needs. I have spoken in length with our client in this case and fully understand the concerns they have. Unfortunately they brought their concerns to our attention only after the project was completed and we could do nothing to rectify their issues for them. As they stated they are very satisfied with the cabinetry and it was completed on time and on budget. We do feel the score on this review is unfair but the client is always right.
