In 2009, I made a good decision when I went with Consumers Choice to replace my windows. They dealt with me professionally and courteously. I was very pleased with the team doing the work (I call them 'Gerry and the gang'). They worked really hard in the cold month of December and were among the most polite people I have met! When my son had an accident in school and was being taken to the hospital, I had no second thoughts about leaving my house in their charge as I rushed away. I am very pleased with the windows and started reaping the benefits right away (heating) - it was so noticeable!

We replaced a builder's grade upstairs exterior door - new door with sliding screen is excellent quality, and install and removal done in a cple of hours. A job well done.

Everything went smoothly, friends recommended Consumer's Choice and their staff were informative, curteous and available throughout the process. The sales staff came to the house, answered all of our questions and made helpful suggestions. The installer demonstrated excellent workmanship and cleaned everything up afterwards.

The staff was courteous, prompt and efficient. They answered all my questions and installed the doors wonderfully. I have nothing but good things to say. I was concerned about whether wind would seep through, but the staff assured me that they would use top notch sealant. I have had my doors for two months and they are fantastic! Thanks so much!

We had the windows replaced in our house (13 in total) by consumers choice . I was very impressed on the quality of the windows and workmanship of the installers. They were what we were looking for and the price was right. We also had Consumers Choice come back to do our troughs and downspout because we were so impressed with the whole process from the kind and knowledgeable people in the office to the installers and the follow-up calls making sure we were satisfied. I will recommend them to everyone i know.

Very nice door, burgundy from outside, white from inside, design is awesome, but ultra expensive, came with a different indoor handle than what agreed upon & unmaching top piece. Profissionally installed but miss some last touches. I don't like the white top extention on top (it doesn't fit). It should've been a customised door this why I don't understand why this white strip on top??!!

Finally after 90 years, our windows were replaced in our house. The process took a while from the purchase date to the installation date but once they were installed they look great. We are just waiting for very cold days now to compare them to our leaky old windows. I'm sure they will pass the test. We had white windows installed with thin pewter-coloured grills throughout each window to match the age of the home giving it a kind of stained glass effect. They look lovely.
