Very nice door, burgundy from outside, white from inside, design is awesome, but ultra expensive, came with a different indoor handle than what agreed upon & unmaching top piece. Profissionally installed but miss some last touches. I don't like the white top extention on top (it doesn't fit). It should've been a customised door this why I don't understand why this white strip on top??!!

- What could this company do to improve their services?
- A little paint job from the inside left undone, it was agreed upon but after installation I don't feel that I got a full value for my money. I would rather got it all finished even with extra little money. You should've known in advance that the chosen indoor handle won't fit rather disappointing us with undesired one. Why is this white srip on top of a burgundy customised door??
- Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?
- Make sure that the chosen handles for the inside & outside fit, or buy your own handles from Home Depot or Rona.., they are the same. Ask for a fully finished door that fits exactly your door opening rather adding a piece of unmaching colour on top as they did in our case.
