replacement of all windows in our house
Consumer's replaced our 30 year old windows with energy efficient new ones. Both the product and the service were topnotch. Our sales representative Dave Hunter was well informed, helpful and definitely not pushy. He helped us to get the project planned and completed. Our windows were delivered ahead of schedule. The installation team of Chris, Peter and Ariel were terrific! They were careful and respectful of our property. Our trim was replaced with new trim that was identical to the original. Consumer's had to make a special purchase to match it, as it was non standard product. They did not charge us extra for this service. Consumer's is a big company, but they made us feel that our job was important to them. The pride they take in their work was refreshing to see!

- Our experience was excellent. The only thing we can think of is we'd like big colour samples.We found it hard to visualize the final product using the small chips.
- Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?
- I'd recommend this company without reservation. Get a few quotes. I think that if Consumers is within 10% of the average, I'd go with them.
