Northwood Heating & Air Conditioning Co.

After gutting our finished basement in our century home, we discovered many inadequacies in all of our home systems. Northwood Heating came to advise on repairs and recognized several areas for improvement, including ducts which were not set up even close to code and a really poor wiring job on our furnace. After Jason replaced a major portion of our duct work we felt an immediate improvement in our home heating comfort. As well, he replaced our broken down humidifier with a new drip style and basically rewired the furnace/thermostat, which had been poorly installed 3 years previously by a large utility company. All the subsequent contractors who have been working on our basement have commented on what a professional job Northwood did and that we will reap the rewards on our energy bills for years to come. Not only did Jason do an outstanding job, he and all the Northwood employees were polite and knowledgeable. They were also kind enough to adjust their schedule to coordinate with other trades which needed their assistance to complete their work. We look forward to a future kitchen reno and having Jason return to fix the problems we are sure to encounter there. We would fully recommend Northwood!
