I was very pleased with the service at North Shore Eavestroughing. From the beginning they were interested in my business, unlike a few other companies. Laura answered questions pleasantly and followed up on my rain barrel questions promptly. The guys who worked here were pleasant, worked hard and cleaned up well.

North Shore Eavestroughing was a delight to deal with. Every aspect from the initial contact to the final completion of the job was handled professionally. While their quote was not the lowest it was in line with the others and for some reason I got a very good feeling after talking to Laura and Darren.
Excellent decision as the the crew arrived on time, were polite and professional and did an amazing job.
You really do get what you pay for and in this case it was worth the very slight premium. Thank you North Shore.

Great experience from start to finish. Darren came out for a quote two years ago and was impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. We held off until this year due to the scope of the project (adding LED lights to the project in the interim). The work was done quickly and with obvious care. Darren, Nick, and crew were a pleasure to deal with and we are very happy with result. Several contractors have since commented on the quality of the work.

North Shore was very responsive and professional. They provided a verbal estimate and sent courteous, friendly and knowledgeable staff when promised. The work was completed in a timely manner and when necessary we were consulted to determine our preferences with respect to the completion of the job.

Great communication with Laura at the front office. Workers took the time to fully explain what could be done prior to any contract being signed. Once the scope of work was fully explained. The work commenced and was done on time as promised. The workmanship was very professional and tidy. I had neighbours comment on the job and also told me North Shore is one of the best! We are loving the clean look with our new eaves, leafgaurd, sofits, facia , downspouts and LED lights. Thanks again for the awesome job, well done! we'll be sure to leave your signage on our yard for weeks to come.

The roof top window's barge board metal was broken and lumber exposed.

I was very satisfied from the time Darren came out to give me a couple of options on what I could do regarding drainage from the down spouts (I have hard surface around 3 of the 4 walls of my house) to the very courteous manner in which Laura always returned my calls and answered my questions without applying any type of pressure on me to accept their quote and finally to to the excellent workmanship of both Nick and Robert who installed the eavestroughing with the leafgaurd system around my house and garage. They were professional, knowledgeable, polite and did a real great job cleaning up. With a team of employees like this, North Shore Eavestroughing is in great shape. I will be highly recommending them.

We needed to replace our downspout because the seams split from the freezing and thawing of the collected water that had nowhere to go because the opening was buried under snow and ice.

We contacted North Shore Eavestrough and they quickly came over and gave us a quote on a few options. They never tried to upsell us and answered all our questions.

We are very happy with their work and they left the area as they found it, with no debris for me to clean up.

I was told that our current eaves were in good shape and should last a few more years -- we appreciate the honesty.

When the time comes to replace all our eaves we will definitely use North Shore again.

They are nice and honest people to deal with.
