Chris our salesperson was very knowledgeable about the washers and dryers we were considering purchasing. He was prompt to reply to emails and phone messages, and never made us feel that we had too many questions. The prices for both the washer and dryer were the same as all major competitors, even the box stores. and the delivery service was excellent. Not only were our appliances delivered, but they were set up and operational before we were asked to sign off on the delivery. An excellent shopping experience and we would highly recommend Nickerson Appliances to anyone looking for an appliance.

I would like to recommend Nickerson's Appliance, St. Catherines. We purchased all of the appliances for a new home. We dealt with Chris and he was great. You can tell the quality of a company when you run into problems. We ordered an LG washer/dryer (not recommended) and couldn't stand constant loud gurgling sound. Chris worked with LG to get them to take the units back, we are sure that this would not have happened without his intervention. Nickerson's does take customer satisfaction seriously. We are very happy with the replacement units, and love the other appliances that we purchased (Bosch).

Located in an off-beat section of town, Nickerson's appliances is a gem. Carrying a broad range of products from Kitchen Aid to Wolfe, we purchased five major appliances and were very satisfied. The staff was very knowledgeable about each product.
