Unprofessional workmanship & customer service
The 1st service person showed our painter how to fix the issue bc they didn't want to stay longer than 15 minutes and had run out of hot water. We expressed our dissatisfaction and had a second visit and expected a total bill of $250 as we did not expect the first visit would be charged for. They charged for both. When explaining this, the CSR interrupted multiple times and wasn't listening. Rather she was justifying, explaining why I was wrong and when i started to get upset and raise my voice to be heard she turned around told me that i was rude and yelling (which I was not) and hung up on me. With no email, I'll just pay the amount and give this review. Unprofessional. Not good at their jobs. Use at your own peril.
