Excellent Driveway Still Two Years Later
It was hard finding someone reliable to do our driveway as it has a steep, blind turn onto the road. Rob and Team had a fair price, came when they said they were going to, and were responsible when I had questions. I'm a pretty tough person when it comes to this sort of stuff and honestly, we couldn't be more thrilled.
Stone craftsman extraordinaire
Brian's work is magnificent. We did a renovation to create a studio and ended up with a huge amount of natural stone. We decided to make an outdoor kitchen (And a few other things). Brian not only helped design it with us, but dry laid the project for weeks taking a huge amount of care to ensure that it was a one of kind piece that is literally a show stopper. We have not had one person who has come to our home who hasn't told us that it is breathtaking. Brian is fair, honest, a pleasure to deal with and a master craftsman in a world filled with people who just want to get it done. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
Chris the owner does not know what he is doing and is actually dishonest. I would never work with them again. It cost thousands more than it should have and he refused to take accountability for the mistakes. The worst.
We were renovating our country log home and our kitchen was going to be the jewel in our crown. We got three companies to quote - two that were near Orangeville and Stutt. We went with Stutt which surprised us. Their prices were great but the service, the quality? They worked back and forth with my husband to help him build the kitchen of our dreams. Not only that, we asked for an incremental pantry to be built and they came in $1000 under their quote and gave us back money. Who does that? They are busy. You might have to wait. It's worth it. You won't regret working with them.
Unprofessional workmanship & customer service
The 1st service person showed our painter how to fix the issue bc they didn't want to stay longer than 15 minutes and had run out of hot water. We expressed our dissatisfaction and had a second visit and expected a total bill of $250 as we did not expect the first visit would be charged for. They charged for both. When explaining this, the CSR interrupted multiple times and wasn't listening. Rather she was justifying, explaining why I was wrong and when i started to get upset and raise my voice to be heard she turned around told me that i was rude and yelling (which I was not) and hung up on me. With no email, I'll just pay the amount and give this review. Unprofessional. Not good at their jobs. Use at your own peril.
