After an unintentional incident during a routine stack cleaning in my apartment kitchen, the Owner of New Water Plumbing met with me personally, listened, and took full responsibility for the damage to a few of the cupboard doors. I was so impressed the Owner of the company came to see me and made sure I was completely satisfied with the repairs that were done on my behalf by this company. Thank you Gord!
