DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES USE THESE CONTRACTORS. Randy and his wife are courteous and friendly, but they overpromise and underdeliver. They commited to doing two of our bathrooms in less than 4 weeks and ended up sending one man to do it which is ridiculous. A year later we were still trying to get them in. As professionals they did not address the curvature of our powder room wall and the tiles going up the wall have buckled. When we asked them to fix it, they quoted us a cost...? We were livid. This was not professional work as promised by both themselves and a renomark renovator. They ended up ignoring our contacts as the Finishings left to complete would have cost them more than the amount we owed them. We have taken it up with Renomark but after another year of trying to get them to take action, we are at our wits end. We have one more bathroom to do and will likely have to get the contractor who does that to address what is incomplete in the others. Please do not use these guys...
