Geoff made good suggestions for replacing our 19 year old furnace and air conditioner. He kept in touch with the technicians while the work was being done. It was great to see Eric and Chris arriving on time, in a professional and well equipped van.
The most challenging part of our project was running new lines through a finished basement. The technicians took care in making as few holes as possible. They were detail oriented and knowledgable and were happy to explain what they were working on and address any concerns we had.
