Guys came a bit later than expected, but completed the work with enough time for me to get back to work for the afternoon, good stuff. Installed a new air conditioner.
The *ONLY* issue I had, is that after pre-paying for the new A/C and during the installation, the team told me there's a major discount on the install if I sign up for the maintenance plan. I told them I already paid and they said they would get the office to contact me.
Nobody contacted me.
I emailed the office, and got no response.
This was a bit disappointing, otherwise, the work was done, clean, works very well and I'm pretty darn happy they got it to me in about 4 days from purchase.
Would I get them again? Yup, probably! They're a local small company and I much prefer to support local than giant multinational chains.
