Thanks Moveworks! You arrived early, worked hard all day, very polite, friendly and helpful. They never complained when we got delayed getting in to our new place but stayed until quite late and got us all moved in. Very little damage to any of our stuff which was great! I would recommended this company.

They were very helpful, the quote was the price I paid. The job lasted longer then they had predicted, and the cost didn't change.

The moving staff was unprofessional, they argued with each other a lot. They took 4 hours in the middle of the move to drive from one location to the new one and it should have been 1 hour. They broke multiple items, some of which they tried to hide. No calls were returned and no response for our request to file a claim for the broken items. Customer service is horrible. They clearly don't care about their customers.

Excellent! Mike had made very accurate measurements as I was moving my items to storage. Ann also found the storage facility for myself aswell. The movers showed up on time and were very efficient. All went very smoothly. I was over charged by the movers, Ann followed up with me on Monday. I explained the situation and she had a refund cheque for me in two days. i have dealt with Moveworks for years. I will always return for the great service.

We used Moveworks for our move in November,2014........... we paid for the full packing/moving/unpacking/insurance package..........this was our experience .........in retrospect... a series of over-representation and overselling of services by the owners and under performance by the various sub-contractors used, who are not direct employees of Moveworks....the packing crew came undersupplied to pack our contents and furniture and artwork....leaving much to the movers who were equally undersupplied and had dirty mats and packing blankets....the first moving crew was physically incapable of lifting furniture and boxes, to the point of dragging our furniture and resulting in damage to the finish of the brand new hardwood floors of our new home...so we had them replaced by Moveworks other "crew", who were enthusiastic and energetic, BUT they that managed to scratch and dent walls and stairwells while carrying furniture and boxes , resulting in our having to undertake a complete patch repair and re-painting of our new home's walls.....the unpacking was poor, as the crew literally removed items from cartons and placed contents on the floor , despite being asked to place these on counters and shelves...furthermore some items were "lost".....calls and pleasant discussions with the owners resulted in "no action" ..........Even though we purchased insurance to cover damage and loss.....no delivery of claims forms or action on the part of Moveworks.....Overall, the worst move experience of our lifetime ( and we have moved several times).
