I ordered a new bedroom set; I was called the day before -- not a few days before as promised -- to confirm delivery and of course a request payment for the full balance owing-- I CLEARLY asked to ensure all pieces were going to be deliverd and was reassured they were. My delivery time was schedueled from 10-12 the next day. Only to have the delivery show up at 2:30-and of course not even so much as a phone call to tell me it was going to be late. I was immediately advised by the delivery man that one piece was misssing! How ironic since less than 24 hours earlier I was ASSURED all pieces were being delivered.
That was over 2 weeks ago -- to this DAY i have yet to receive a call from Shawn or Mark -- after leaving NUMEROUS messages about my piece. The one message I received back was "to sit tight and I would hear back from them". Seriously??? Sit tight?? How very professional.
We have even tried getting the sales person invlolved -- and she to has been no help whatsoever .... You may save some $$$ but the grief and aggrivation is certainly NOT worth any $$ you will save.
The latest is i have called and advised them I want to RETURN the piece -- and GUESS what --- STILL NO CALL BACK!!! AMAZING!!!!!!
GO SOMEWHERE ELSE ... you will be happier you did!
