Great Client Service Coordinator and Advice!
I am a single mom, with an old Hi-Velocity system - 20 years.
Needed to find a company in Toronto to look over my system for a "check out" to see if having a maintenance plan or new system would be the best choice.
The Client Service Coordinator was very friendly, professional and helped navigate to the best choice for a starting point.
The decision to have Owner call me to provide some insights on options to consider!
She also provided me with information about the different Maintenance contract packages they have, all of which are really reasonably priced!

Coverage...$340.00
So now the owner has called me, they are quick. We decided to go with a service call at a reasonable price, about 200. That any repairs on a 20-year unit would not make sense as we would be looking at most repairs being of several hundred, per repair which adds up quickly. He said really, let the unit die, then purchase a new more energy efficient one for about 3 - 4,000. I agree this would be a better investment option.
