This issue has been resolved. Michael fixed the problem and we have figured out a solution to the issue. We appreciate having the Mckninnon technicians come promptly, both technicians were very professional.

Company Response

Thanks Jason for the review. You forgot to mention a couple of key things which I will post for clarity:
1.Harmony Fitness currently owes Mckinnon Heating Cooling several unpaid invoices for emergency heating repairs.
2.Harmony Fitness was recently placed into collection by Mckinnon Heating Cooling for these unpaid invoices.

I also have a question for you. If, in fact our Service Technicians are "completely clueless", why did you continue to use us for 2 years and spend over $6000.00 with us?

Jason, I did advise you to find another HVAC contractor as we take pride in our work, have competent employees and oh yes, one last thing....we like to get paid for the work we perform.

Thank you for you past business and best of luck in the future.

Michael

Commercial HVACs

After finding out about Mckinnon from one of the owners family members, we decided to use their services. Most of their servicemen are completely clueless and seem to have no idea what they are doing. I have had the same part break 4 times, on one specific unit. Each time, McKinnon charges me $180 to have a guy show up for 15 minutes and confirm that yes, the heat is not working. Michael, the owner, is aggressive, rude and has no idea how to manage clients. After spending over $6000 with them in the last 2 years, I was told to find another HVAC service company. After reading many reviews on HomeStars, it seems that I'm not the only one who has had similar issues with not only McKinnon, but Michael as well.
*UPDATE*
Thanks for responding so quickly, its unfortunate that you don't respond as quickly to phone calls or text messages. Charging customers for service calls on warrantied parts and services provided by you, that continue to malfunction less than 2 weeks after you replace and fix the problem, is an interesting way to do business.
