Mckinnon performed a site inspection and offered options for the location of the 4 ductless wall units. On installation day the two member crew listened to the plan, including options for making the external piping as low key as possible. They checked on their progress several times and willingly refined what they had already done so as to further reduce the optics of the visible outside pipes. Since installation the system has functioned well.
