Thank you very much to the whole team!!! We were very happy with our choice for our first home, from the sales agent all the way to the décor selection. Very professional experience from day one to the end. The décor person is very sweet. Our experience was delighted, The team was very helpful and patience. Delays are always expected with all construction, its doesn't help that we all went through a pandemic and everything shut down but they kept all there promises, delays are normal with construction, that's the normal thing , Rome was not build in a Day!!! But the team always kept us posted with communication. We were kept in the loop step by step. We were happy with the selection of décor and the quality . Excellent workmanship. We are very happy. Its our palace that we call our home to make a beautiful family, Thank you again to the whole team for your patience and workmanship

Fantastic experience with this builder, recieved constant communication from purchase to when i took possession. House was well built and any issues were promptly taken care off by there service guys. Would recommend this builder to anyone.

It has been over 14 years since our purchase. We have yet to get our $1000 deposit back even though Marydel has our money. We have left messages with staff and no response. We are very disappointed. Don’t be disappointed don’t buy from Marydel.

In 2007, my wife and I purchased a home from Marydel Homes, Plan 65M-3939, City of Vaughan. Included in the purchase price of the home was a $1,000.00 security grading deposit which is part of the closing costs under Schedule 'H'. In accordance to Schedule 'H', the grading security deposit will be refunded to the purchaser upon municipal assumption of complete subdivision and the refund of the builder's security deposit from the developer. Our subdivision, Upper Thornhill Estates was assumed by the Town of Vaughan in June of 2017. As of six (6) ,months ago, (January 2021) the developer, released all of the collected security deposits to our home builder Marydel Homes through their letter of credit.

It should be noted that Marydel Homes built 100 homes in this subdivision, equaling a total of $100,000.00 in security deposits. According to the Town of Vaughan's municipal assessment office, all other builders in this subdivision have issued refunds to the home owners with the exception of Marydel Homes. All of the criterion from Schedule 'H' have been met and to date no refunds have been issued. I have tried on several occasions via email and phone messages to contact Marydel Homes without success. Marydel Homes is in breach of the of their purchase contract/agreement to all of the homeowners who purchased their homes from this builder. I believe that a reasonable period of time has elapsed for Marydel Homes to refund these deposits.

Worst builder in the Ontario. Attention buyers—- don’t buy the house from this builder. This builder charges $10,000 for the development charges and $ 2,000 for the single driveway paving plus trees and meter hook up and closing cost. Think twice buying the house from this builder. The sales rep dishonest all the time and doesn’t explain anything. The house was very dirty and heating weren’t cleaned. Be careful......

I was very unhappy with my purchase. They try to trick you with everything. They put hidden costs and charge you insane amount for all upgrades. They also never returned my security deposit. They received it from the city but never returned to buyers. Be careful and find yourself a better builder.

Out of five builder quotes, at the end of the first meeting with Marydel Homes, we were very impressed and realized how LUCKY we were to find this builder from our search. A remarkable start, with a brillant team. They had a different working culture, very professional and truthful. They were very realistic and gave us great advises that worked on our advantage. A huge difference from all other four quotes we got initialy. They are one of a kind builder. I might say only one word – AMAZING Professionals from the president to the suppervisor. Everyone treated us with respect and care, which was very important to us. The quality of their work it's not comparable with other builders and showed again and again their 24+ years of an established working culture. Thank Marydel Homes.
