I had booked Maret and her team to help me with a post renovation clean. My home was covered in drywall dust and construction dirt. An extensive cleaning was required. I hired Maret and her team based on reputation and the reviews posted here on Homestars. Maret showed up with a team of nine on a Saturday morning so that I didn't have to take a day off work. Her crew worked very hard and did an excellent job cleaning. My house was spotless and dust free after they finished. I especially like how they used an all natural cleaner for the whole home (something they invented themselves). It left no odor - and it is good to know that no harsh chemicals were being flushed down the drain. Their ECO friendly cleaning is a huge plus. I am very happy with the results, their team, the customer service and the dedication they had to do a good job. They definitely exceeded my expectations. Thank you Maret and keep up the good work.

A team of 3 of Maret's folks came in yesterday and spent the day cleaning our house which hadn't been cleaned in a very long time (months). They were very pleasant and industrious and the house looks awesome! I would definitely recommend them to others.

My husband and I are both allergic to household dust. We wanted to make sure the apartment we are moving into will be dust-free before the move. We contacted all the highest-rated service providers on Homestars and Maret was one of the only two that got back to us within the same day. In fact, the other ones didn't even bother to respond at all. Maret and her daughter came to our new place to walk through and give me a detailed quote, listing exactly what would be done and how long each item would take. At first I was quite taken aback by the high number of hours the quote indicated, as I thought it would be a relatively easy job since the place had already been cleaned by the landlord. I was very skeptical, but decided to go with it based on the good reviews. After the service was completed, the team walked me through the place and showed me what they did. Then I was thoroughly convinced that it was money well-spent! I checked various surfaces by running my fingers over them and there was no dust anywhere! They also used their own line of all-natural cleaner, which I really liked as it is fragrance free and has very few ingredients. A free sample of the cleaner was left for us to use as well. I am now a satisfied customer and will definitely use Maret's service again.

We have used Maret's cleaning service for many years and have been completely satisfied. Prior to finding Maret, we had used many cleaners, both services and individuals. The experiences with those other cleaners tended to follow the same pattern. Initially they were great but relatively quickly the service would deteriorate both in terms of quality and reliability. That all changed once we began using Maret's. Although we have been clients for many years, the service continues to be at the same exceptional level. We are busy professionals with two children. I really value the fact that cleaning is not something that has to be on my list because I can trust that it is taken care of by Maret and her staff. Turnover has been relatively low, especially given the nature of the business, which I think speaks to Maret's treatment of her staff. On the infrequent occasions there has been a staff turnover, it has been uneventful for me as Maret has proactively managed the situation to ensure that we have uninterrupted service and another excellent cleaner who is fully prepped about our needs. Our current cleaner, Carmen, has been with us for some time and is absolutely wonderful. Things can get very chaotic here and she is unfazed by that and consistently rises to the challenge and can achieve an amazing transformation of our home in the time she's here. I truly value the fact that this is one aspect of managing our household that I simply don't have to micro-manage or worry about.. If Homestars provided for ratings higher than 10 then I would do so.

We engaged the services of Maret's beginning several months ago and from what I heard from others who've hired cleaners, it's always best to reserve judgement of service until you've experienced that service numerous times. As such, I've waited several months to write this review until I can truly say I know what I'm talking about.

With that said, I am so incredibly impressed with the service and quality of work we've gotten from Maret's. Both my husband and I are very busy professionals and with our first child on the way, a clean house is something we value tremendously, but has been difficult for us to fit into our busy lives. At first we were nervous to call a house cleaning service... can we trust them to do the job well? Can we trust a stranger in our home? We both hesitated for several months until we just couldn't manage anymore! After reading many reviews on HomeStars, we finally called Maret and hired Sandra, who comes to clean our house every two weeks.

We are so lucky to have met Sandra... she's an EXCEPTIONAL employee. She's prompt, polite, trustworthy and works her butt off every time to ensure our house is spotless. I'm a very picky and detail oriented person, so I would always notice if something's not right. Sandra makes it right every time - even if I'm not watching her every move. Her attention to detail and quality of her work are beyond my expectations. Sometimes I'll check her work after she leaves and I'm never disappointed - she makes sure to even clean the little things most people wouldn't notice, but I would.

I'm so glad I have the opportunity on HomeStars to write this review about Sandra's work... she deserves it! Also, Maret works hard to ensure all her customers are very happy. More importantly, as an HR professional myself, I can see that Maret treats her employees with care and respect. I feel good about supporting a business that truly provides caring, real employable work opportunities, especially for women. Maret has an eye for talent and it shows.

My house has never been this sparkling clean, dustless and tidy. The team from Maret's Quality Home Cleaning Services arrived with all their own cleaning equipment and environmentally friendly products and gave my home the cleaning of a lifetime. They didn't miss a corner, a cobweb, a picture or window frame--every inch of my large house was cleaned from top to bottom. The team were very respectful of my furniture, appliances and marble, wood and limestone floors (the latter were all HAND washed). My bed was made with the crisp finishing touches of a hotel bed. Everyone was quiet, but professional and friendly. The fee was less than I had been told at the initial meeting that I had with Maret and given the fact that it was a full day of work for 8 people, I think it is reasonable. I am so delighted that I am signing on for weekly cleaning services. I have finally found a service that I can rely upon to not scratch or break my things and to do an incredibly good job cleaning.

Maret and her crew went above and beyond the call of duty. If you want your house cleaner than it will ever otherwise be, hire them! They made our home sparkle. Her crew was consistent and reliable, courtesy, and trustworthy. Upon move-out of our recent home, I asked Maret to schedule the cleaning sometime during the week. As I was unsure which day it took place, I emailed her to ask that the crew empty the freezer if they hadn't already been there. Maret subsequently emailed me, letting me know that the cleaning had already been complete and that they went back to the house to clear out the freezer. Talk about customer service and going above and beyond the call of duty. Thank you, Maret and crew!
