Maret's Quality Home Cleaning

We have used Maret's cleaning service for many years and have been completely satisfied. Prior to finding Maret, we had used many cleaners, both services and individuals. The experiences with those other cleaners tended to follow the same pattern. Initially they were great but relatively quickly the service would deteriorate both in terms of quality and reliability. That all changed once we began using Maret's. Although we have been clients for many years, the service continues to be at the same exceptional level. We are busy professionals with two children. I really value the fact that cleaning is not something that has to be on my list because I can trust that it is taken care of by Maret and her staff. Turnover has been relatively low, especially given the nature of the business, which I think speaks to Maret's treatment of her staff. On the infrequent occasions there has been a staff turnover, it has been uneventful for me as Maret has proactively managed the situation to ensure that we have uninterrupted service and another excellent cleaner who is fully prepped about our needs. Our current cleaner, Carmen, has been with us for some time and is absolutely wonderful. Things can get very chaotic here and she is unfazed by that and consistently rises to the challenge and can achieve an amazing transformation of our home in the time she's here. I truly value the fact that this is one aspect of managing our household that I simply don't have to micro-manage or worry about.. If Homestars provided for ratings higher than 10 then I would do so.
