After prompt email exchanges and conversations I was delighted to meet Maret in person at which time I received a very detailed quote regarding the services and fees. I was encouraged to review the quote and to customize based on what I wanted to spend and what my priorities were for the project. Once I confirmed the quote, date and time Maret and the team arrived 15 minutes early and immediately got to work. The attention to detail and care that was taken with my new home was outstanding and without hesitation I would not only welcome the team back into my home but recommend them to others.

After a sewer pipe replacement in my unfinished basement, I despaired of finding anyone who would deal with such a dusty mess in an area with a very low, dust-grabbing 100-year-old wooden ceiling, made lower by large exposed ducts--hard to clean at the best of times--with dusty walls, furniture, pictures and full storage shelves, dirty floors and rugs, and a filthy very heavy treadmill, moved out of place by the sewer people, etc., etc. When I found Maret’s Cleaning Service on line, I wasn’t hopeful that they would do this kind of work until I read one of the reviews, which was a case much like mine. All the reviews were so good that I realized this was the company for me. They were very busy and I had to wait a bit, but it was worth it. Two friendly and more than capable men spent a full day and accomplished a miracle. I have owned the house for 26 years, and had no idea that such a space could be this clean--an absolutely excellent job. The cost was a lot for me, but I will hire them any time I have a special need. I just wish I could afford to have them clean my house every week--it’s my plan if I win the lottery!

Maret, Jackie and their cleaning crew did a terrific job. I was especially happy with the work they did in the bathroom and kitchen – when they were through everything was spotless! Although this is not the least expensive cleaning service, I've ever used, it was certainly one of the best, and I will be calling them whenever I need some extra help to get the house really clean. It's nice to know there are people out there who care about details and thoroughness as much as I do!

We needed our north Toronto house cleaned thoroughly before listing it for sale. Maret's responded promptly to our inquiry, and the assessment visit by Jackie was thorough. The cleaning crew showed up promptly with all necessary equipment, and Jackie assigned them to different rooms / tasks. She followed up with them throughout the process, ensuring that no detail was overlooked. It was clear that she and the company have very high standards, including high standards for how to treat both customers and staff. The house has never been so clean! Maret's provided consistently pleasant, efficient, and professional service. They are not cut-rate, but neither is the service they provide. We would definitely use them again and recommend them highly.

We used Marets services for a clean up of our home that we were moving into. She coordinated it last minute while she was on vacation!

We first engaged Maret's to do an extensive cleaning follwoing a couple of reno projects. The work was so well done that we chose to engage them for bi-weekly cleaning and we have been doing so now for almost 2 years. The service is incredibly reliable and punctual. I like that we get the same person as that means they get to know our house and what is needed. Leticia does a wonderfully thorough job and clearly takes pride in the work she does!! After 2 years of building a new home, moving in prior to completion, and living through construction and dust, we found Maret's cleaning company excellent, accommodating and thorough.
