Maret's Quality Home Cleaning

This is a fantastic company --we tried other agencies before Maret's cleaning services. The people are HIGHLY professional, the work is OUTSTANDING, and there is an emphasis on customer service and accomodating each households' needs. It has been an absolute pleasure to come home to see the results. It is impressive to the detail and standard of cleaning. Unreal--worth it.

After completing a 1 year renovation of a 100 year old home and dealing with literally dozens of contractors, we were finally ready to move in. However, the cleaning provided by our GM did not match the level of clean we desired. The walls were still covered with a light film of drywall dust, every nook and cranny had a film, appliances that were put in earlier were dusty, and generally the house was although beautiful, not by a long shot, clean.

Maret answered my email the next day before 9am and scheduled an appointment to come in later that day to provide a thorough estimate of the number of hours required and level of cleaning for every room. From the basement utility room, through the kitchen and room in between. The crew of 10 arrived 15 minutes early and immediately went to task.

Their performance was second to none. The house was spotless by 3pm that day.

We can't thank them enough and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to EVERY contractor to include with EVERY renovation program.

Finding a reliable and professional cleaning service in Toronto has been really difficult and frusrtating -- UNTIL I found Maret. She and her fabulous, hard-working expert cleaners have been taking great care of me. I called last minute when my cleaner cancelled 1 day before my Italian house guests arrived from Italy. Maret and her team came to the rescue. They had my home sparkling within 24 hours. They did a REAL clean, with real muscle... baseboards, hand washing floors, removing lights for cleaning - the works. Now, this is not going to be the cheapest option out there - but you get what you pay for. Maret or Jackie will come and assess your home and give you an estimate for what it will cost to clean to their standards. A worthwhile process and a real professional appraoch to what many gloss over as mundane. I was impressed! Their work has been consistent and they have bent over backwards to help me out. And, although it's on the more expenseive end, they always manage to accomodate my budget and we focus the cleaning to work for me. They are a great help.

They were asked to clean a large house which I manage and I was very pleased with their services and the results were excellent.

This past weekend we had Maret and her staff come in and do a deep cleaning of our house. It was the first time we have ever used a cleaning service and they did a fantastic job! They cleaned all of those hard to reach places and more. The air quality in our house has greatly improved!! Maret's is simply wonderful. She came out on Tuesday to provide me with an estimate and had her girls in the very next day. They do an excellent job as always. I 100% recommend their services and I would never use any other cleaning service. If you want your place cleaned properly, Maret is the nly way to go.
