Maret's Quality Home Cleaning

I contacted Maret because of her excellent reviews on Homestars. She came to my home in only a few days and did an initial inspection and estimate. She was lovely. Very professional and nice to speak with. She was clear in her services and pricing and what I could expect. Once we agreed on the scope of work to be completed, she left me with an estimate and we confirmed a date for the work.

My house has been cleaned today. The crew arrived a little early, but waited respectfully outside until the allotted time. They were very nice and quickly got their equipment organized and the crew split up. There have been 6 of them here all day. My entire house sparkles from stem to stern. Their attention to detail and organized methods are very very impressive.

If I had to sum it in a few words - organized, respectful, professional, and very very proud of their work. I am absolutely thrilled with the service that I have received! I would highly recommend.

Maret and her her team do an outstanding job not only on regular weekly cleanings but on renovation cleans as well. We had used a previous company to take care of our biweekly cleaning service, However, we found them to be inconsistent with the cleaning - there would be dust still left underneath tables (that you could clearly reach under!) or hanging pendants that weren't cleaned. Overall, we felt dissatisfied with that service so I came onto Homestars to find a replacement.

I choose Maret's because of the high AND multiple ratings that she had recived. We were in contact first in email and then by phone. Maret herself came to my house to first do an estimate on the cleaning. I found her to be very professional especially compared to our previous service. She called the day before our scheduled appointment to confirm the time. When she came to my house, she went into each room to assess the cleaning that the previous company had done as well as discussing with us our needs, and why weren't pleased with our previous service.

Her initial estimate for our first cleaning entailed having 3 people clean the house to do a thorough cleaning before our biweekly service would begin.

After her team had come to do the first cleaning, she followed up with me via email to make sure I was pleased with the service. It was such a pleasure coming home to a clean house. Every nook and cranny was spotless. There were stains that had been removed that we hadn't been able to get rid of for years. Our floors hadn't looked so clean since they had first been installed.

I will admit Maret's service is not the cheapest, but I find that if I'm investing in a cleaning service, the premium for hers is worth it when you take into account the quality and care she puts into her work.

I'm looking forward to now receiving biweekly cleaning services from her and her team. Also, they use a product called Simple Sudz which left behind no obvious odors. I appreciated this since I have a young son, and do not want to expose him unnecessarily to any harsh chemicals.

I found Maret's on Homestars and asked for an estimate for regular housecleaning service. From day 1 I must say the service and responsiveness has been just excellent. I am very picky about cleaning and there have been no surprises - ever; they assign one cleaner who comes to your home regularly so they don't lose time re-learning all the nooks; they also do a fabulous job so you come home to a fresh home every time, with cleaning details such as the tops of door sills. I would highly recommend Maret's for your tough or regular cleaning jobs.

I have used about four different cleaning services in the past 10 years in two different cities. Lourdes and Raphael from Maret's have by far been the best cleaners. Every room is superbly cleaned. They pay great attention to details llike baseboards and door frames. The office personnel - Maret, Jackie and others - are friendly and responsive. Her cleaning service met my expectations and then some. We are sellin gour home in a few weeks and wanted at service that we could trust and one we knew would do an excellent job. After 8 weeks of home renovations in our 3 1/2 floored town house a team of very pleasant people came from Maret's Quality Home Cleaning and worked like beavers, even to the point of using kebab sticks in narrow cracks, leaving everything shining. They even cleaned ,and organized beautifully, a years long neglected garage. WE are as happy as if we'd had a week on a Caribbean island.
