Every problem with the pool install is not their fault. Concrete work well below average. All issues are addressed with - It is the concretes' fault, homeowners' fault, pressure washers' fault. Very poor workmanship and even worse customer service. Job was incomplete but wanted final payment, would not address outstanding issues. Most likely because they are incapable.

They leave the job site (my backyard) a mess each day. Cigarette butts all over the yard, chunks of concrete, dirt / mud everywhere, metal / screws left in driveway and yard. Damaged sump pump discharge line and pretended to not know about it.

They say one thing and do another or really do nothing. Worst contractor I have ever dealt with both professionally and personally. Save yourself the headache look elsewhere.

This company is the worst to deal with, they don’t guarantee work, don’t fix mistakes, don’t return phone calls, terrible work quality and are dishonest and a rip off! Our pool is 2 years old and sinking, their response « it’s probably been like that all along and they are just noticing! » twigs under liner from day one. They are unreliable and you should think twice about investing your money in this pool company. You will surely be left frustrated and disappointed with your investment!

Pool equipment was sitting on gravel and patio stone--everything was listing. Malibu came in, moved existing stone, disassembled all equipment, set forms and poured new pad, then reassembled all equipment. Was a hideous mess before, but now it's all neat and clean. They did such a nice job on the pad that we decided to go ahead with a patio off the pool deck. Again, they were excellent on consulting with regard to shape, size, colour and stamping. Very little damage to yard as Jack had them hand dig hole and then barrel in the concrete. Can't wait to start using it in the spring--looks like a slab of slate! Two thumbs up
