Lodder Brothers Ltd

I called Lodder's Thursday morning. An important event was coming up, and I had several small plumbing needs that needed to be done but had kept pushing off. Mike B was at my door by 3PM. He explained everything clearly to me, fixed my problems without an issue, and was out the door by, I think, 4PM.

A basement toilet and shower were overflowing with sewage and Mike from Lodder quickly assessed and got to work. Within little time he had cleared what I'd been unable to with my own 25' foot snake and serious plunging.

Mike was friendly, professional, thorough and sensitive to a homeowner's unstated interest in containing any mess.

Our House is VERY old- twice as old as me and I am a senior!
The plumbing is not easily accessible and continues to deteriorate. I was concerned about the slow leak - if it burst there was no shut-off except turning off water to the whole house. Almost before I finished my request for help Mike B arrived- polite, knowledgeable, thorough and professional and soon had the problem fixed well and efficiently. As he was leaving a neighbour had spotted his truck - hard to miss, a veritable plumbing store on wheels-she asked him about a plumbing issue and she was so impressed with his response she told me he was going to be her go-to guy whenever she needs plumbing help.

After having our new counters installed, DJ and Adam arrived at my home to hook up my sink and faucet. They were very professional and had the job done quickly and efficiently. During their visit they were polite and friendly. (I even got to hear some humming so they obviously enjoy their job!) Before leaving they made sure I was happy with the work and cleaned up after themselves. I was very pleased with the entire experience. Thank you Lodder Brothers and a special thanks to DJ and Adam. There was very little room to replace the outside faucet without cutting into the wall and making a mess and more expensive repair. They made it happen quickly and without any issues. Thank you DJ and Nick!

Outstanding work! I had clogged drain in the kitchen and called "mr. Rooter" plumber first, the guy spend four hours and count't fix the problem I thought that tearing down the wall and putting a new plumbing is my only option to fix the drain. Next day I called "Lodder Brothers" and they cleared the clog withing an hour. They were very professional, next time anything happens I'll call them straight.

Our bathroom sink had become very badly clogged, and we called Lodder Brothers. Corey and Adam came out to take a look at our drain that afternoon, and fixed it immediately - they even went above and beyond and fixed our the handle on our toilet which had become loose and replaced the sink drain cover!

As first time customers, we were especially happy with the way they explained the situation to us, and left the bathroom as clean as it was when they got to work.

Will definitely call them again when the time comes!

Corey Ross came to our house to replace a supply line valve. He explained the work that he was going to do and explained the pricing. The work was done quickly and he even installed the toilet seat for us. We are very happy with his work.
