Sent request for service last night. Mike and his sidekick Adam arrived right on time first thing this morning. Paid careful attention, diagnosed problem,provided various options and costs and immediately did a great job and left the basement cleaner than they found it- a great team-
Mike B now back to prepare for full bathroom renovation - he is prompt courteous efficient very hard working and creative-his experience shows- and again leaves place as neat as he found it.
After the carpenters had finished their work Mike Bears returned this week to install the pedestal sink, toilet and fixtures he had recommended and for which he had earlier carefully done the prep work - he is a very talented creative and extremely hard working professional. The finished product is even better than we hoped .

We had a toilet breakdown and as it was an old unit we decided to replace it. We have had a Home Protection Plan with Lodder Brothers for the past 7 years. They immediately scheduled an appointment for the next day and arrived right on time. Corey and Adam were very polite and professional and explained everything about the old toilet and the new toilet (which I supplied) in an easy to understand manner. They job was completed quickly and they cleaned up everything and even took away the old toilet. We are extremely happy to have Lodder Brothers as our plumbing contractor and would highly recommend their services.

Service technician, Mike Bears, was on time, courteous and technically sound. The repair was done efficiently and professionally. All questions were dealt with and Mike took the time to ensure there were no leaks or other problems after the job was done.

I called this company in the morning and Mike came in the afternoon. I was very happy with the service he did a wonderful job. Very efficient and cleaned everything, there was no mess and a job well done. I will use this company again and also will refer my friends to this Company.

We had a significant leak in our main shut-off tap in the basement. We called at 8:00am Monday morning & had plumber "Mike" arrive just before 10:00am the same day. He was friendly, polite & courteous & very professional. He completed the repair efficiently & promptly. It was a pleasure doing business with him.

The guys were on time. Did the work. Friendly but not chit-chatty. Cleaned up completely so I didn't have to do anything. Billed me what they quoted. The toilet and faucets themselves are excellent quality. I'm a happy guy.

Corey, accompanied by apprentice Matt, replaced a toilet and eliminated the water hammer in my home. The house is a bit of a Pandora's box - everything replacement/repair/renovation has yield a plethora of unforeseen issues. Corey and Matt were very thorough, friendly, clean, and polite. They took the time to explain the route cause of the water hammer and remedy the situation (other "handy men" had failed to do so). I believe the cost was worth the quality product and service.

This is an exceptional Full Service Plumbing Company. Extremely pleased with the professionalism I received from everyone at this company. I had a supply line to the sink that broke off in the powder room and Lodder was able to see me the same day. They even called me with a friendly update to advise when the Service Technician was 20 minutes away. Great service from Corey Ross and his apprentice Matt, who were able to quickly repair the broken pipe and took the time to explain how the pipe failed and explain the difference in the pipe the removed and the pipe they replaced it with.

Will recommend them to everyone. Fast, friendly & reasonably priced.
