The basement drain in our old house became blocked during the course of doing some laundry on a Saturday (of course). Nick came to attempt to unblock it, but ran into lots of roots. The only course of action was to break into the basement floor to get at the drain. Nick and his partner were able to clean enough of the drain to make it work, but discovered that about 40 ft from the house the drain pipe had probably collapsed. We decided to seal it up and use it cautiously, rather than digging up part of the front yard at this time. They cemented the floor they removed and cleaned up pretty well. We can now use the laundry!

Mike went out of his way to provide me with the exact toilet that I wanted. He was friendly and ensured everything was working before he left. Lodder Bros. may not be the cheapest but they are the best.

We had a leak from our sink's trap and phoned on Saturday
to arrange for service on Tuesday. The operators
on the phone were very helpful. Mike arrived right on time worked quickly while keeping us informed as he worked. The job was done in less time than I thought it would take.

Mike was a very friendly and efficent plumber. He was very quick to determine the source of the problem I was having and was able to repair it. I was very satisfied with the job he did.

We had a toilet running all morning. Lodder Brothers sent over Mike who was fast, efficient, very polite and handsome. I would highly recommend them, send him back anytime !

My service request was promptly returned and the work assessment visit quickly established, specifications for the sink & faucet were quickly provided together with the overall price estimate. Nick, the plumber, was a pleasure to deal with, he worked diligently all day to complete the work, with attention to detail and cleanliness, together with provision of explanations as work proceeded, he completed the set up and testing of our new dishwasher and took away our old one. The work was very good value for the price, and time taken to complete it, completely satisfied.
