Loc Tite Interlocking

I've patently waited for a call back, after making over 20 calls still no one has shown up for repairs. Everytime it was a different excuse. I was always told " oh I'll call you Friday because repairs are done on weekends.". No one ever called me back. My steps were rushed and they weren't glued correctly, which during the job I was charged extra for. After spending over 500 dollars for repairs. I will never use this company again nor recommend them.

A number of years ago Loc Tite did an excellent job on the driveway of my first house. I have since moved to a new house and last year wanted to transform by backward. I got a number of quotes, and decided to go back to Loc Tite. Firstly because I am aware of the quality of work that they do and secondly because of the beautiful designed that the Sales Rep Foti presented. Well I was not disappointed. The stone work is exceptional and the garden areas are beautiful. We now have a relaxing and beautiful backward to entertain our guess and family.
A few days ago they recently completed my driveway and again the work is exceptional. I have received numerous complements on the workmanship and the design. The guys were wonderful and as for Greg his guidance and work ethics is exceptional. I will continue to recommend Loc Tite as they do excellent work and their prompt followup. Thanks Loc Tite.

An amazing job done by Ray, Duncan, Yuri and the rest of the team. Very hardworking, helpful and a beautiful job done. We received a lot of compliments from people who stopped by. We were very pleased to deal with this group. A great experience as they never complained or were difficult to deal with and gave us wonderful ideas. Ashley was exceptionally helpful when it came to arranging a schedule for them to come in and for the work to be started on time. A big thank you to this specific team of Loctite Interlocking!

After waiting for more than a month for small job to begin they send a contractor with no experience .they send another person to fix the first contractor work but nothing was done properly . Steps are loose and the stones they used as the face are coming off due to little or no glue and good lock finding them after you pay them.

Loctite interlocking did a wonderful job. They also did work for my brother and my sister we are all happy with their work good quality, Done on time,Very clean, Reasonably priced,

I will definitely continue to recommend this company to anybody that is looking to interlocking work done.

We met with Foti the sales rep in April to discuss what we were looking for. He seemed very professional and we trusted his advice. We placed a small deposit and he said the work would start in 6-8 weeks. As the timeframe got closer we started calling to get an update, but they couldn't give a firm date. In week 8 we had a roll off bin dropped in front of our house on the weekend. True to schedule they started excavating the old concrete that Monday. Crew hat came was pretty rough and left the place in a mess until they were done. There were a few issues we had with dimensions (salesman writing was not clear on their copy), and they reluctantly fixed the error. There was an issue with ghem picking up the roll off bin at 1am on Saturday morning!! The actual interlock work was well done with the exception of the natural stone steps in the front. We wanted 5ft natural stone steps and what was dropped off was 6ft steps, rather than using the 6ft steps (or getting the 5ft steps) they cut 1ft out of the middle and put the 2 ends together. There are three risers and these steps started rocking after week two. They came back to try to fix it but it didn't last and now two steps are rocking!! These should have been one full piece per riser. I called the salesman who told me to call Ashley in their office. I have called at least 8 times, and each time she has to take my info all over again!! She says she will get Gregg to call but he never does. The salesman had also specified a 2nd row of armor stone for seating in the backyard, but the installer said it was not safe. I mentioned at the time that i would expect the material to be used elsewhere or i want a credit....neither happened. Overall they did a good job and were on schedule, so i was conflicted about posting a negative review. But the lack of response/service on these two issues are enough for me not to recommend them. I'll look for another contractor to replace the front steps in the spring and we unfortunately deal with Loc-tite in claims court. Hopefully that can be avoided.

Following a misunderstanding with the amount of wall I was going around the job the company took full responsibility for the mixup and completed the job to my percent satisfaction.

Absolutely fantastic job and workmanship. Even the neighbours are stopping by to compliment the work. Sure enough we had to wait longer than expected, but it was worth the wait. Porch area is well done, the interlocking is a curved area, and the stone was cut perfectly. If you are looking for a quality finish, and don't mind waiting, these guys are definitely worth the wait. Small adjustments done on the spot with no extra charge. They treated the property as it was their own, and did everything to make it look wonderful. Cant thank Ray/Duncan/Foti enough!

We have a fairly significant project which involved extensive interlocking of our driveway, front, walkway to the back, patio, walkway to the sheet and flower beds/ brick benches - see photo's below.

By far the most competitively priced landscaping company with a great sales rep named Jesse.

The excavation crew came and finished up within a few days. They were very good and focused on getting the job done. They cleaned up everyday and worked until dark.

The installation crew, along with Gregg the owner took 5 days in complete the project. Gregg was meticulous and actually made a few changes for us through the project that made the lay-out look much better.

These guys are easy to work with and do great work - what i liked best about this company and the team that worked at my house was they actually cared about the work they were doing. Gregg suggest a couple changes and explained why he felt these were important. He also took care of every issue - some i raised and some he noticed - at the end of the week, it looked great.
