They appear to be friendly at first, but they are thugs and swindlers. Do not trust this company! They will not arrive on time, and after many, MANY attempts to contact them, IF YOU ARE LUCKY, they will come and do some work for you. But the work will be with poor quality and lack of respect for your property. We have had to pay several thousand to have the work redone. Stay away!

My experience with Loc-Tite was satisfactory. While I did decide to go with another contractor for the job that I needed done they were professional and offered a competitive quote. I know that others who have used their services have been happy with the services rendered.

Company Response: I am sorry that the insident, with our company was not handled properly, as far as your deposit is concerned, we had tried several time to deliver it to you at your home and were not able to. We even left a business card in your door to show that we had tried to return it. As it was paid in cash we wanted to return it in the same form please Call me and let me know when is a good time to return it to you, again I am sorry for the way this was handled.
