Loc Tite Interlocking

Signed the contract in early May, was told it would be done in 3-4 weeks... 13 weeks later job still not done. So far no communication from them, however when I called the person that I signed the contract with several times they never called back. When I called the office the secretary was rude and when I asked for my deposit back, I was told that they were within their 90 days to start the project and that someone would come and start the job next week. So they came and started the job, however it's been over a week since that happened and now I'm really starting to loose my patience since all they did was dig up the grass and fill it with gravel. So 13 weeks in and the job still isn't done.
