Never use this company. They claim they will give you warranty. They claim that they are accurate with their timelines. They are anything but honest.

They say 3 weeks. Just read other reviews. They tell that to everyone!!! We are 6 weeks since signing a contract, they have not called us once to tell us they were behind. We called at 4 weeks and they said they were two weeks behind starting their contracts. Lily in the office said she would follow up in week with an update. She did not. We called our rep, Foti, 5 times now, with not one return phone call or text. We called again two weeks later, now at the 6 week mark, and Lily once again told us they are still two weeks behind. Apparently they do not work during summer weather. Lily was not so friendly this time. She actually said thay she didnt follow up two weeks earlier because she didn't have any good news so why should she call.

Don't get roped in because they are cheap. Find someone better rated on this site.

UPDATE!!!!
It is now Aug 29, 2014, and we signed out contract on June 13, 2014. That was 11 weeks ago. At week 7, they finally came to dig out the lawn where the interlock is being installed. They put down the crushed limestone and left. A week later the stones were delivered. THE WRONG STONES. We notified them immediately that the two skids sitting on our front lawn, killing the only grass were are planning on keeping as grass. After we finally get a hold of our rep, they came the next day and replaced one of the two skids. We notified them that only one had been replaced and the said they would take care of it. NOPE!!!

And not a word since.

We have called the office on three separate occasions that some of the stones are still wrong, and to get an idea of when they are coming. They are refusing to give out dates or timelines for job completion. They have taken notes that are stones are wrong each time, and still nothing. ZERO Communication. Nothing from the office or our rep.

All we have now is two skids killing our lawn. One of which is still the wrong stones. Broken branches on our tree from the stone delivery. Weeds growing up thru the limestone because it has been so long since is was dug out and didn't use any landscaping cloth. And a construction zone outside our front door where my 3 year old trips on repeatedly.

I stand by my previous comments...use someone else.
