Customer Service Non Existence

We purchased some wall sconces online from this store. When they arrived 1 was had an issue with the glass. We contacted them and they said they would contact the manufacturer. Its been 6 months and we have called several times and sent emails but get no response. The manufacturer says the problem is as simple as Lighting Originals sending the invoice to the Canadian distributor and then a replacement would be drop shipped directly to us. There is absolutely no customer service what so ever.
