Do NOT attempt online purchases. They may be decent in person (we wouldnt know), but we are one of many who have been taken for a ride during online purchase. Please look at their Better Business Bureau (BBB) complaints. Our scenario was very similar to those posted there.
- Attempted/paid for online purchase in February
- No shipping details provided
- Multiple attempts to get info from seller over the next couple months
- No response until request to cancel/refund
- Then given excuses, and told theyd get back to us soon
- 2nd attempt to cancel/refund over 3 months later. No response.
- Late May: Had to file a claim through credit card for seller not producing promised goods.
- Credit card company finally refunded purchase price in late August.
- Approximately 190 days of pure joy.
