Today within an hour of making my call to Lazer Appliances Garnet arrived to fix my broken air-conditioner.

I have used Lazer Appliance services for over 15 years on various types of jobs from my broken stove, furnace and air-conditioner. Garnet has always proven himself to be the man for the job. Garnet takes the time to provide you with details and options available before he makes his recommendation. I am very satisfied with his services based on the work he has done for me and will not hesitate to recommend him.

Garnet fixed my fridge in little over half an hour - he educated me on the problem with a view to prevention - I will definitely use Lazer for all future appliance repairs.

Had a problem where our Bosch dishwasher suddenly stopped working after returning from holiday. Garnet outlined a possible cause over the phone. Warned me if machine didn't respond to simple fix could cost up to $500 to replace the motor. However after he arrived at our house he quickly determined the problem instead was due to a bad wiring job which resulted in a short. He quickly fixed the problem for only $70 charge(later cut to $50 when my wife turned out to be short on cash). My wife was very pleased with his on time arrival, pleasant demeanor and speedy resolution of the problem. Thanks Garnet!

We moved into our new home only to discover that the fridge was not working, the next day I called three companies late on a saturday afternoon and Garnet was the first and only company to return my call for help. I explained that it was quite urgent that my fridge be repaired asap due to having a young child. Garnet was here Monday morning and had the job done in about 30 min. Placed a service call on a Sunday morning and was delighted to get a call from a Lazer technician who agreed to a 7:45am next day Monday appointment.

At 7:45 am sharp, Lazer technician arrived, accessed the situation and fixed the fridge within 30 mins. Fridge cooling system completely shut down. This is a great company... very responsive, very professional no nonsense... no spending money for nothing. I will definitately be using them again and strongly recommend them

Garnet is a real pro. He knew exactly where to look on our particular model, and fixed the problem FAR faster than I thought he would be able to. Cost a fair bit less than I was expecting as well. Highly recommended - he'll be the first call I make if any other appliance starts to act up.

We cannot say enough about Garnet and Lazer Group. We called Garnet and he came the same day to repair our washing machine. He searched several suppliers to get a very specific part for the repair and even came out on a Saturday morning to install the part. Garnet came on time, called before his arrival to let us know he was moments away. He was professional, very courteous, explained the issue in exact detail. Also, the cost was very very reasonable. Garnet made a trip to Mississauga to help with a Dryer fire. He was very helpful in understanding the root cause, and spent much more time than anticipated due to the dirty nature of the dryer but only added $10 to bill for extra labour. It was a bargain.

We were having trouble with our 10 year old washing machine. Garnet responded quickly to my call and was able to come over to take a look at the issue. I was impressed by his knowledge and professionalism. I would highly recommend him.
