We ordered a new granite countertop from Kolani Contractors located in Jane Street. The nightmare began after we placed the order.
The design did not include many featured we required and we are very unhappy with the end result. Very unprofessional and rude in communication. The site manager, Tahsim, completely denied what he offered the day we placed the order. He did not even bother to ask if we liked it or not after installation was completed. When considering using the company, be carefull when you sign the contract - read carefully those fine print lines. In addition, you will be asked for a down payment before starting the job. Do not give out your credit card number(when they claim the payment engine is not working). Be present when the payment is processed.
We are very disappointed and I would not recommend this company
