Rolf from Kipling Renovations was wonderful to work with and did excellent work on our basement including drywall, building a wall around our laundry area, installing halogen lights and priming. His tile work in our front hall and kitchen was also top quality. We hope he can help us at our new house!

Our older home needed a major update inside. Kipling came in and gutted the main level living and dining room, the stairway, the upstairs hallway, master bedroom, and installed flooring in the attic. They redid the HVAC and upgraded electrical throughout. We were thrilled by the quality workmanship, the professionalism and the attention to detail. The job went from demo'ing the old plaster and lathe right to finishing (painting). It was so easy for us. After poor experiences with previous contractors, working with Kipling was a dream. Fast, clean (we lived in the house during the reno), and they didn't nickel-and-dime us on the small stuff. We've referred them to our neighbours for a similar job, who also have great feedback on Kipling's work.

Built a new set of basement stairs, have already booked for installation of a bathroom ceiling fan and likely will book to finish a basement bathroom. Top notch.
