Kingsway Carpets & Blinds

I read the reviews for Kingsway Carpet and Blinds on Home Stars and we decided to visit the store. Maria was very knowledgeable about their products, provided a variety of options and also explained both their benefits and drawbacks. She showed us products in different price ranges, including Hunter Douglas and how they compared. We normally get 3 quotes before choosing a
company to work with. Although Kingsway was only our 2nd contact, I was so impressed with the friendliness & knowledge of this family run company that we decided to place our order the same day. George came out to the house to take measurements of our new bay window so that they would be accurate, before placing the order. Our window is at the front of the house and without our old mini blinds there was no privacy. Kingsway very kindly supplied us with temporary paper blinds that we could adjust to give us light in the day and privacy at night, until our new blinds arrived. The installer was on time, friendly, very professional and tidy. He installed the blinds and then adjusted them until they fit together perfectly on all three portions of the bay window. We would not hesitate to recommend this company if you are looking for blinds or shutters. They also sell and install carpeting and we plan to get a quote from them in the future to install a runner on our hardwood stairs.
