When service techs are friendly, efficient and competent they deserve kudos, so Emad gets full marks for his service. He even helped me clean out the crumbs etc that had fallen through the stove top.
So, a satisfied customer in a world where service often falls short. These guys and specifically Emad are top shelve.

We have a subzero fridge/freezer. Unfortunately the ice maker was a little too full and we broke the hook that holds the back end of the ice tray to the ice maker..
I called, got an appointment. Our time was btwn 10am and 2pm. Technician called at 10am to say he was on his way.. he arrived, wearing the appropriate PPE, was friendly, quick and efficient.. and left NO mess.. thank you to the team at Kampen.

Should have called Kampen first! Called them on the recommendation of Wolf Tech support after dealing with a horrible company. Fred arrived with part in hand and oven was fixed within 15 minutes. Awesome service!

Ordered parts and came when scheduled.
Some extra costs for travel and truck charges that were not included in previous quote. The company honoured the previous quote and work was completed. Garbage removed and area left clean.

My wolf electric oven stopped heating. I called kampen as per Wolf/sub recommendation. the oven is well out of warranty. They sent Fred within 48 hours. He was polite, knowledgeable and got the job done within 20 minutes. He had the part prepared as he anticipated the issue. He also took the time to show me what happened and why. I would highly recommend this company. They may charge slightly more for the initial visit then others, but you get what you pay for! Well worth it.

Terrific reliable service to keep my Wolf oven and recently my Sub Zero running as good as new. All service personnel are friendly, and efficient with the repairs and time spent very reasonable.
I have no feeling of dread or worry when I contact them.

For a few years I called around and had fridge generalists come to address the issue of my sub-zero fridge not holding the set temperature. I finally found out about Kampen Appliance after a trades person told me over the phone "If I can't fix it I will call Kampen"

Well I called them myself. Chris diagnosed the problems and recommended a full replacement of the system parts. Winston installed it in less an hour. I was happy with their honesty and professionalism. I would recommend that you call them if you have an issue with your Sub-Zero or Wolf product. Do not pay twice like me.

Had a problem, called Sub-Zero, they provided us with KAMPEN contact info. Our early morning call to the KAMPEN office was handled professionally and efficiently. We were connected with a technician and the rest of the story is nothing but positive and a high degree of customer satisfaction. We can not say thank you enough and I would have absolutely no reservation in recommending them to anyone. (Have already told two friends about our experience!)

They helped me out when I needed them. Temperature in the house was nearly 36. They were able to diagnose and repair my AC the same day I called. Great service!

Excellent service provided by Kampen appliance service. A guy named Chris and his partner came today and quickly fixed my fridge permanently due to a design flaw. They were quick and efficient and very polite.
