We have a subzero fridge/freezer. Unfortunately the ice maker was a little too full and we broke the hook that holds the back end of the ice tray to the ice maker.. I called, got an appointment. Our time was btwn 10am and 2pm. Technician called at 10am to say he was on his way.. he arrived, wearing the appropriate PPE, was friendly, quick and efficient.. and left NO mess.. thank you to the team at Kampen.
