Couch, armchair and ottoman purchase was very disappointing. Couch and armchair cushions were not filled correctly and therefore were lopsided and uneven. A wrinkle developed in the ottoman within one month of purchase- technician advised no fix possible as the material wasn't pulled tightly enough at the seam to prevent this from happening. It took Interhome over one month to pick up the furniture for repair, after which I was left without any furniture for 3 weeks. The furniture pickup was scheduled for a Saturday- I waited all day only to get a call from the drivers at 6pm telling me they couldn't make it due to a breakdown- they were supposed to arrive in the morning! They showed up the next day during Sunday dinner.
I have spent over 50 hours of my time chasing down Interhome Reps to resolve the required repairs..and the ottoman is still unresolved. I purchased the furniture in September and only now (January) is the ottoman getting a second look and the back of the armchair scheduled to be replaced (when the armchair was returned from the cushion repair, I noticed the material along the back had a pull). I did not buy floor models but in fact custom-made furniture. Now, none of the Customer Service people will return my calls.
Save your time and energy and shop elsewhere!
