I cannot believe the posting that I see by Ch BO. This must be a competitor or a customer who has probably had issues paying the bills. Our experience with Imeneo was the best we have ever had. Every time we upgraded from our original contract, we would gladly pay the difference for the upgrade. We never once short paid Imeneo and they never surprised us with any bills.
I am a lawyer by profession and I understand contracts and progress billing very well. We actually noticed a positive shift in the billing with the new ownership structure/new partner from one project to the next. With their new system, they are on time in their billing, accurate and they give back a portion of the deposit you pay per billing; something we did not have before, but that makes sense. The level of service and organization with electronic updates and billing updates helped us get through our project.
I have had two projects with Imeneo. One basement underpin and finish and very recently a full renovation of our home on the bridal path (Three stories).
