Every time their service has been fast, friendly and professional from the booking of the appointment to project completion, leaving the house as clean as when they arrived. I wanted the drain pipe adjusted and the incoming water cut 8 inches above the floor. They gave a 2 hours window by Martin arrived within the first 5 minutes. Martin provided a full explanation of the service before beginning.

We got same day service and the technicians Martin and Kyle were very knowledgable and very good workers. They were great problem solvers because they removed a custom made shelving unit and worked from the inside the small space to replace the pipe.
They didn't need to cut through the dry wall...saving us time and money. They worked quickly and quietly and did a great job cleaning up after the job was done. It is nice to see that there are
professionals that care about their customers and their jobs.

When I called Hoerner Plumbing, I was impressed with the quick response, and friendly representative. What impressed me even more, was a commitment to a 2 hour appointment. What….I don’t need to wait in ½ a day, this is a first.
Would they keep to that commitment? They did come in that 2 hour window, and even called to confirm before they arrived. I was amazed.
When the technician arrived, he placed covers over his shoes to keep the place clean, quickly diagnosed the problem, and resolved the issue. He was also polite and personal.
