Delivered end of November instead of end of August. Wrong site measurement, one cabinet had to be cut on site (too short). Didn't follow appliance's guidelines for integrated appliances. The cabinet was too large I had to buy fillers. They refused to install the integrated appliances; it took another 3 months to get it done. Hardware were not installed either. The installers left without saying good-by leaving all their garbage for us to pick-up. Poor quality. Leo, the deficiencies person was wonderful. I wished he had installed our kitchen.

Most kitchens from Muti are delivered within the timeframe quoted. Unfortunately, this production was delayed due to production capacity limitations. The customer fails to mentioned that due to the delay we discounted the Kitchen by an additional $1000 which at the time made the customer quite happy. We advise all customers to have their appliance people install their appliances because we are not familiar with all technical details of each appliance. However the customer was on a tight budget and we at no additional cost installed her appliance panels free of charge to help her out, again customer fails to recognize this. The cabinet shown in the picture was damaged by the customer after installation. We would be happy to fix this at anytime and at no cost should the customer wish to contact us. We are quite disappointed with this review because it may not merit a 10 due to the delay but a 0 is totally unjust. We pride ourselves on complete customer satisfaction. Sincerely Tiziano Pietrobon
