Hoerner Heating & Plumbing

I use Hoerner's for all my Plumbing issues. They are always quick to respond ( within 2 hours) and are friendly, quick and reliable. I will not hesitate to use them in the future.

Since 2004, we have been very happy customers of Hoerner Heating & Plumbing. Our old cast iron hot water radiator heating system has served us well under their care. Last year we had them install a new high efficiency boiler to replace our 30 year old one. The new boiler is indeed more efficient, precise and quieter than the old one. I trust Andrew's judgment. He has always been a thorough researcher and a thoughtful, conscientious problem solver when dealing with our heating system dilemmas. Hoerner is also our go-to service for plumbing needs such as new toilets and faucets, and leaking pipes.

Hoerner has professional, knowledgeable and friendly staff. They are prompt and courteous. The office is very responsive - there is always a real live person answering the phone! I feel that they know us, and the quirks of our old house, which is a comfort. We are definitely in good hands!"

Our laundry area was a mess of piping due to poorly executed work by multiple prior owners moving things around. Dylan and Brad did a great job in untangling the mess, relocated our washer, laundry tub and meter, and left the plumbing in a state that showed it was well planned out. They were on time, good to work with, listened to me and came in on the quoted price.

On a recent Saturday evening my water heater broke down; water all over the place and no hot water in taps. I called numerous services and the only one to promptly respond was Hoerner. Dylan Egan, a representative of the company arrived, with a refreshingly professional, efficient and understanding manner. We were extremely pleasantly surprised. This quick response and high level of empathy was beyond our expectations. We definitely would use Hoerner again and ask for the same technician.

Kyle initially came to my home to go over everything and give an estimate on a variety of work to be done (including boiler cleaning, toilet replacement, shower head replacement, toilet seat replacement and various repairs to leaking / broken taps). The estimate was emailed to me and after having the chance to review it, I requested the staff work with me to help select the plumbing fixtures needed for the job. They were honest and forthright in their suggestions. When Kyle returned to complete the work I found him to be extremely pleasant (even cheerful) and professional and he executed the repairs perfectly in a timely fashion and stuck to the estimate given. I wish now that I had not left it so long to get this work done as it turned out to be a completely stress free experience.
