We are long time clients of Hoerner (20+ years). There were unusual noises coming from the boiler which were vibrating throughout the house. Tried dealing with it myself (turning off and on the boiler). Called Hoerner and talked with Andrew. The next day the guys came and did a great job diagnosing and fixing the problem. Two small stones were in the circulating pump. Who knew? We continue to be very satisfied clients of Hoerner. It is a comfort to know that they are there and can be relied upon to help with any of the heating and plumbing problems we face in this very old house of ours. Thank you!

We have used MacEachern's Deep Steam to clean our carpets since 1992. It is always easy to schedule an appointment at a time convenient to us. They call to confirm the day before and arrive promptly, generally at the start of the 3 hour window of time given. When we decided it was time to remove the asbestos wrapping our heating pipes, I consulted HomeStars for services. The first person I called told me to send my request through their website. I then called Amosite and spoke directly with David who made an appointment to come by to take a look. Because our house is old, he said that it was possible that it wasn't asbestos but perhaps horse hair and canvas. He came, confirmed it was indeed asbestos, explained in detail what the work would entail, and gave me a quote on the spot. The quote was reasonable, less than I expected.
