Brad proposed a diagnostic plan for my emergency boiler/radiator situation that was logical. After the diagnosis, he clearly explained the work plan and my options and kept me up to date. I absolutely recommend Hoerner.

The on call technician came out on a Sunday at 11pm at night for a No Heat call. He was very informative, helpful and friendly. He fixed the problem and gave the furnace a complete check, even though it was very late in the evening. We were very happy with his work.

Replace Furnace Water Pump

They were on-time, fast, friendly, competent, complete (bled the rads) and competitively priced. They are experienced with radiator systems, Can't ask anything more. Will be using for furnace service from now on.

Just wanted to send you a note to let you know I’m home. I am so thankful for the work that was done! It looks great (although I have no idea how it all works!) - but I have heat and hot water and that’s all that matters to me! They fixed the piping on my balcony that was an issue and everything is working perfectly. My brother was very impressed with the work they did and their professionalism. You guys have been terrific and I appreciate all that you did - amazing customer service.
Thank you again - I will highly recommend you all to anyone!! I have the sign on my lawn and hopefully I will get the chance to let my neighbours know what you have done for me!

Toilet Installation

I called to arrange a toilet installation two weeks ago and Dave came to install it last week and remove my old toilet. He was on time, fast, tidy, and took the old toilet away. It was a little pricey, but easy overall!

Shower faucet replacement

Hoerner Plumbing is as good as its word. After 2 other plumbers failed to turn up, Hoerner (Jordan) turned up on time and finished the job quickly and cleanly. I'll definitely use them again.
