Nicolas did a great job diagnosing the issue, and recommended future parts/work that would be needed to make sure the issues dont keep reoccurring with my Combi-Boiler.

Emergency bathroom leak

My after hours emergency call was fielded courteously, and Lance arrived within 2 hours of my call on a very snowy day. He was pleasant and courteous, diagnosed the trouble as the toilet shut off valve and repaired and replaced it leaving everything clean and tidy after his work.

Drain/Pipe Replacement

Nick and the Hoerner team were called for a second opinion about a blocked drain trap/exterior pipe. They came and investigated the situation promptly and provided a quote within 24 hours of their initial visit. The work was also able to be scheduled promptly and completed within one day once on site. Nick and the office were helpful, and responsive to our questions.

Clearing blocked drain

Super work! We had a blocked drain in the basement and La identified a problem with roots in the drain. He worked at removing them and then when testing the flow, wasnt satisfied with how it was working, so continued to spend more time and discovered a huge blockage, which he then removed. Previous plumbers didnt take the time to properly resolve the problem. I really appreciate how much care La showed in his work. Would definitely call again in the future.
