Drain cleaning

Drain Services review in Toronto

Cole was fantastic! He assessed the problem and fixed it quickly. He showed us before and after footage and taught us what to watch for.

He and his trainee Adam were super friendly and considerate; something we always appreciate about the Hoerner folks.

One trip FIX: had required part in truck!

Quick, polite, friendly, one visit fix, had required part in truck. Visit was to troubleshoot. But when he saw a quick (and correct0 fix he just did it.

Toilet repair

Tankless Water Heater Cleaning

Heating & Air Conditioning review in Toronto

Flow through my water heater dropped from about 3 gpm to 1 gpm due to calcification in the tubes. Hoerner showed up, flushed the heater, and got the flow up to 3.5 gpm. It took an hour. The technicians were knowlegeable, friendly and great to work with. No muss, no fuss, problem solved.

Excellent plumbers

Very prompt, professional and practical

Weve had a laundry list of relatively minor plumbing issues building up. Im very glad I finally contacted Hoerner - they were there the next day and did a great job of efficiently identifying issues, presenting options and fixing the items they could do on the spot. I really appreciated the honest and practical advice around what things were worth doing now vs later, and helping give me a general sense of what some potential bathroom renovation work we are considering might cost.

replacement of the manual thermostatic radiator valve

My radiator TRV valve in my bedroom was seized and not working, and I couldn't adjust the temperature and suffered from too much heat at night. With the valve replaced, I can now regulate my radiator. Nicolas and his helper, Jane, did an excellent job and left everything clean behind them, unlike other contractors that came to our house.
The Hoerner Heating & Plumbing and Drains company has responded to my online request promptly and efficiently. Their customer service is excellent and responsive. I love how they send their customers reminders of the upcoming appointment and send the information and photo of their technicians for safety purposes.

Professionalism Personified

Toronto

From the quote to the installation, the level of communication, construction (selection of equipment) and administration was exceptional.

As a bonus, Mark, Daniel and Adam left a plumbing design worthy of the Louvre on my wall.

These guys arent cheap, but you get fantastic work. You get what you pay for.

Full combi boiler and water heater.
